has anyone dealt with www.overstocksilver.com ?
I ordered a ring about 7 weeks ago, and nothing!!
I didnt get the ring but my credit card was debited the very same day. Tried to email and call them twice a day, but no answer! only the answering machine!

dont know anymore what to do....

has anyone had the same problem ?
I am desperate
 
Call your credit card company and request for refund.
 
According to a ripoffreport.com complaint they have an F rating with the BBB.

Ditto the advice to get a charge back through your credit card.
 
I typed overstocksilver.com + scam into Google and hit the first link... seems to be the same story as you.
