I didn't know whether to just add this to my other "year to start setting" thread, or start its own, but here goes.

Namibian tourmaline, 7.5 mm, cut by Barry Bridgestock, in a preloved platinum setting.

I am really happy with how this turned out.

MB, it does look a little zirconish in these pics, now that you mention it, at least colour-wise. The tourm is 1.7 ct, 7.5 mm.
