Oval stone set in a rectangular halo

Does anyone have a photo of an oval stone set in a typical cushion halo setting?

Not exactly, but this is the closest I have seen. I think it would have a similar, but perhaps less pronounced look? If it were me, I would get something custom made OR find a oval halo (they do exist) so as to avoid the large gap.
