Oval Sapphire and Diamond "Engagement Ring"

This is my sapphire and diamond engagement ring. It's LeVian, but I am not sure of the carat weights.

It's a beautiful ring and I love it, but it was not originally meant to be an engagement ring (long story), and I am upgrading to a diamond after 8.5 years of being married. Waiting for it to be produced and shipped now!

Thank you! It is a natural sapphire but is probably heat-treated. It is beautiful, though!
