Oval diamond with two half moons

hello pricescopers. I learnt so much from this forum when I purchased diamond studs and My now fiancé just proposed and is letting me pick out the ring! I have always loved Kayleigh's 3 stone oval ring (see pic) and I am seeking your advice on which vendor I should go to and what kind of specs I should ask for so I can get something similar. My budget is $15k absolute maximum. Thank you!
