Also If I should pass on this diamond I would take any recommendations.

The color could go down to an I possibly a J, but I would have to examine it on receipt and decide if it was too yellow. The J's set in rose gold in the stores we could not tell looked yellow and were allowed to step outside the store and see it in daylight at one place also. Want it eye clean but I noticed when I went into B&M stores around here and looked at diamonds with the saleslady, all the ones listed at si1 and si2 I could not see the inclusions like I expected to be able to without a loupe. So as long as we can't see them the clarity doesnt matter.

This stone looks like it is bright and has nice lighg return but it does have big arrows going through the center (a bow-tie)...I would not
want that.

Anything with extra Pinpoints, wisp or clouds not shown needs to be asked about (ask the gemologist) to make sure it is not cloudy or
affecting the brilliance.

I would probably stick to an "I" just to be on the safe side.
