That sounds really lovely, have you ever been to Per Se? I have not, but have heard it''s great.

What color dress are you thinking? Do you want to do formal or more casual side?

Do you plan on wearing the same dress for ceremony and Per Se?

I have. Great food, service, ambience, view. I am thinking of something in the white range that is not too formal. May as well.

Hi Harriet-
I love the idea of a NYC City Hall wedding (since are in NYC too; we couldn''t imagine not getting married here). How about trying to get a judge to do it? And Per Se after! Fab! You two could do a mini-moon in Miami (and get re-married).

We''re at 4 months til our wedding TODAY and it still feels I have a million things to do...not to mention graduate law school, and prepare & TAKE the bar in July!!!

i love that you are getting married at city hall and keeping it just your immediate family - how special! i also love that you are 3 months away...you''ll get it all done, dont worry! that dress that someone posted is beautiful. i am certain that you will find something perfect off the rack somewhere! dont stress!

Re the dress, you could get one made in the time. My wedding is in 3 months and my fabric doesn''t arrive till next week!

I so envy you having a small wedding!

(PS: I am exactly the same on the ''unfinished'' decorating - we only have one curtain in our sitting room as I haven''t made the second one yet!)

But at least you''ve picked out the design! How big is your wedding? I can''t believe you''re making you''re making your own curtains. I cam''t sew a button on.
