Ouch! Ice Storm!

Please Be careful if you live in an area that has an ice storm! This morning I fell on the driveway FLAT on my back. I feel like my butt was pushed up into my neck! As I am old now (about to be 50) I am in great pain....all I can do is sleep it off with the help of pain pills. PLEASE use caution on the ice!

Ouch! Sorry about your butt! We also had quite a bit of ice this morning... Everything was totally covered in a solid sheet! Thank goodness we didn''t have to go anywhere today!

Sorry to hear that.We have black ice also can''t drive and now can''t even walk.Make sure to see a good physio as soon as you can to make sure you have not injured anything.If you must go out use proper foot wear the hiking boots that have very good grip.
