So I did not watch the Oscars save for the last half hour to see the best movie and best actor and best actress awards. I did TIVO the fashion segment on the red carpet leading up to the Oscars but have not yet watched it. In the meantime leaving you with some eye candy.

I did see Lady Gaga's dress and I am gaga over it. Wow it was gorgeous.

I caught her speech for best actress win and wow she is funny and sweet and talented. Not sure I love her dress but that doesn't matter. She's beautiful.





I understand everyone thought Glenn Close would win but I think she looks like a winner anyway.



Wow that is a lot of pink. She looks lovely in the color but I am thinking maybe it is too much dress on her?

A closer look at Glenn Close's (haha closer) dress. OK so IDK what I feel about this. Too much gold I think. I like it better without the jacket if that is indeed a jacket. Will get a better look when I watch what I TIVOd later.

I am a fan of Rachel Weisz but not a fan of the dress. Looks plasticy and hot. Again I am sweating just looking at this dress but realize my perspective is unique to yours so I am sure many love this dress. I do love the color.





This is lovely on Serena Williams.


Too pouffy in pink for me. Bubblegum is the color.

Lady Gaga’s necklace was THE Tiffany 128.54ct priceless yellow diamond . It’s only been worn twice before last night. Audrey Hepburn wore it to promote Breakfast At Tiffany’s in 1961. It’s really quite extraordinary that it was worn last night. Wow!

Love this duster. (even if I am not hugely wild about the dress).


I would love this more at the Grammys I think. Color beautiful and shape is beautiful too but perhaps a bit too much skin for the Oscars? Or maybe it's just right. I think it was a warm day there. Anyway she looks gorgeous even if the dress might not be a favorite of mine. She rocks it.
