I recently purchase a GIA certified square modified brilliant princess cut diamdon

Measurements are 5.76x5.51x3.90
Weight 1.02 carat
Depth 70.8%
Table 69%
Girdle Thin to Medium
Cutlet None
Polish Good
Symmetry Good
Clarity SI1
Color F
Fluorescence None

What are you thoughts about this diamond?

The table and depth %'s look good. Did the vendor provide you with a SARIN report? This will provide you with the crown height % which will help qualify the Cut Grade using the Cut Grade Charts provided by Dave Atlas of Accredited Gem Appraisers (AGA):

Fancy Shape stones must be seen in order to render an accurate opinion of their light return.

Relying on the "numbers" is ONLY 30% predictable for how the stone will look.

The crown height and pavilion depth information help, but even if they appear to be good, they may not be.

The table, total depth and measurements won't tell you much of anything.

Get it checked.
