Opinions Wanted (Diamond Now On Hold)

Greetings Pricescopers. I've been lurking on this site for well over 2 months in the search of educating myself and finding a reputable dealer to buy an engagement ring. Let me say a huge "thank you" to the creator of this website and to all of those who have posted.

With that said, my countless hours led me to Good Old Gold as my shop of choice and the following diamond:

I'm confident in my decision, hence the reservation on the diamond. However, I'm a realist and I understand that you are the experts. Please let me know what you all think, and if there are any red-flags that I may have overlooked.

It looks super! Great quality of F VS2 and top cut quality! I would just check, with the cloud inclusion marked which is located in the table area that this can''t be seen, it is highly unlikely it can be or is affecting the diamond in any way but it doesn''t hurt to check.

Thank you for the insight ladies and gents, and I did have Sarah at GOG inspect the diamond closely to insure an "eye-clean" rock. My wire-transfer was just sent over and things are ready to go. I'll be placing the stone in the following setting:
