Hiya!

Are you sure you want an EGL NY-L color emerald cut diamond? I mean, color will be pretty obvious.
Cut is quite bad... The table is huge and the crown is very shallow. How come polish and symmetry grades are not listed?

BTW, the appraisal is inflated. I'd expect to pay a little more than 50-60% of the appraised value.
