What is a DCLA cert?
Do you have the crown height on the first stone (since you have all the other info)?

Nothing *bad* jumps out at me for either stone - crown height on both would help tho... as would idealscope shots.
The Q is whether stone #2 is worth the extra $$? Do you have the ability to look at these stones or are they sight unseen?
