So back again with oval questions.
The 0.63 h si2 from Spence that my friend has on hold is uncerted and $2800 with a simple 14k yellow gold setting.
He doesn't want to spend a dollar more and that includes taxes and customs etc.

I know it has a feather and it's an si2. Does it look like there will be a durability issue?
