Can someone give me an opinion on the depth of this stone compared with the dimensions? I am trying to get a full report, but this is all I have for now.

Sorry, nothing at all I can help with so far. If you can get a nice clear straight-on picture that'd be very helpful, and one showing the profile would also be good. And of course any grading report, appraisal or whatever type of paperwork comes with the stone (if any).

In the case of OEC you have two choices.

1- You send the diamond to GIA for certification

2- You love it, you see it, you love love it more and more and buy it without certifation.
