Opinions on this Diamond

I''m about to push the button on this and I was wondering about people''s opinions on the diamond described in the attached document.

It seems like a very good deal to me, but I''m not 100% sure about the location of the inclusions and the dimensions.

With a VS2 in my opinion you shouldn't even worry about the inclusions. They won't be eye visible (or shouldn't be with a VS grade) anyway, so it's not as though it's an SI that you may worry a bit about eye visibility. The plot looks pretty clean. Have you asked to see blowups of the inclusions?
