I''m not sure who did the grading, but he said that the lady said it rated )''s so I am guessing it was AGS, but I''m not sure. No Fluoro, and medium girldle.

why are you guessing AGS? I am guessing "in-house rated"

I guessed AGS because he said she was saying something about it rating 0''s.
Forget who graded it, what do you think based on the measurments.

Well, based on the measurements it looks fine, but how did it look in person? Knowing who graded it would help in knowing if it really is a G color, or more like an H or I.
