Opinions on Round Brilliant Diamond analysis I've received

Hi guys,

I've had Jogia Diamonds here in Australia order an international diamond in for me. They have analyzed it for me and provided me with the following photos/reports/videos.

I've had to put a deposit on the diamond for them to order it in, I have a few days to make a decision whether I would like to go ahead with the purchase or walk away which means I loose my deposit (which was $200 so no big deal).

What do you guys think? It looks pretty good to me, though I'm no professional. I'm just your average Joe who's done a bit of research on diamonds.

The diamond is $4250 Australian including the $200 deposit already paid. Which at today's exchange rate is equivalent to approx $4600 US.
