Probably very nice. I''d ask their opinion, were it them, on your pick vs this one...and see what they said...

Hi All,
Just wanted to get some opintions on this diamond. Worth purchasing?

http://www.whiteflash.com/round_ideal_cut/Round-Ideal-Cut-cut-diamond-231887.htm#
The table is a bit larger than I''d like and there seems to be a small amount of light leakage under the table. Other than this, the stone looks great...and these are not big issues. The stone regularguy posted is gorgeous and the specs are spot on...but it is about 1k more. Is it worth it, I''m not sure. Asking WF about the two stones would be a good idea.

Thanks for the replieis.

I really want to stay under $12k and I am finding it hard to find a nice stone within my budget. Ideally I want to purchase a RB 1.50 F SI1 or G VS2. I''ve been looking at a few stones at local retailers and I''m not having any luck.

I know you mentioned F/G colors, but would you consider an H? Truly, diamonds in this size will face up very white even down to a J. It will be WHITE, no worries.

I would do what Regular Guy says and ask them what the price would be with a pricescope / bank wire discount.

Well...the second option WAS found on the sbc db, and it puts the wire price AT just under $12...but it''s also SI 1...not that there''s anything wrong with that...

Ideally, I would like to stay with F/G color as my wife''s current set has F/G color diamonds set in Platinum.

I will call WF and see what they say about the first stone.

Does anyone know if WF will ship the diamond to a jeweler in my city to view it before purchasing?

they will ship it to an independent appraiser, but you have to pay for this service.
