Opinions on Emerald

Hello friends,

I am looking for opinions on the following images of an emerald cut diamond. I also have questions regarding the diamond being treat for color/enhanced? I that good or bad?

It is a decent looking EC but not great. I would continue looking.

Is the diamond treated? If so, that would not be a stone I would personally consider. What lab report does it come with? What is written on the report?
