Hi All,

I am a first time poster, long time lurker. First of all, thanks for all the info on the site (A lot of good information on here for the first time shopper). At the moment, I am on the hunt to find a great looking asscher diamond (~G, ~VS2, 1ct around $4k) for my future wife. WF has been helping me out with the search and we found two diamonds (~$4.3k) that are within the specs I am looking for. I am hoping to get any feedback on these diamonds. So that it can help me decide to make the purchase or continue the hunt.
Thanks!

Its a good asscher
Pattern wise it isn''t my favorite but that is personal preference.
Do you like the looks of it in the picture?

From looking at the picture and the others one I seen, I do like the look of this one so far. Since my experience is very very limited with diamonds, does the ASET have enough red in it to indicate that it will really sparkle?

Hmm...it doesn''t look so square to me. What are the dimensions? I seem to have a problem accepting Asschers that fall outside the ''squarish'' L/W ratio.

diamond #1:
Length: 5.60 mm
Width: 5.61 mm
L/W ratio: 1.00

diamond #2:
Length: 5.58 mm
Width: 5.65 mm
L/W ratio: 1.01

If the diamonds do not look square, it could be how I saved the picture to post in the forum..oops

yes
the windmills are what I don''t care for, they are blocky instead of fluidly tapering in.

Ahh that explains it... Thanks. I''d probably wait a while to see more options.
