Yes, I did get it but sent it back the next day. The color was NOTHINGlike the photos. It was WAYoverpriced for the color. Sorry I didn't take photos. It's just too time consuming for something I don't want to keep.

Uh oh, that doesn't bode well for my tourmaline. How was the colour different? Was it lighter? Sorry to bother you, just trying to figure out what to anticipate now. They took both aquas off the FB page, which is interesting. Was returning the stone a problem at all?

Stone was much lighter. No problem with return, got my refund same day they got the stone.

What is the estimated ETA? Looks to be a lovely SM aquamarine although with the dark background and lack of light, it's difficult to tell since the darkness of the room also makes the tone of the aquamarine look darker as well.

That's probably what happend, it was taken with darker exposure or taken in a very dark setting. Look at how dark the stainless steel tweezers are.

an aqua of this color, well, i'm not sure there is a reasonable price per carat. getting this tone is pricey.

Is 400-500/carat too pricey?

Not at all, particularly if it comes from the locality I suspect.
