Opinions on a diamond

I love transitional cut diamonds! I was looking at the 3 carat L on the Single Stone site and was wondering if anyone could share their impression of it... I think it's beautiful but I haven't much experience judging diamonds. Its size, warmer color, and checkerboard faceting are very appealing to me but I'm not sure what else I should be looking for. Also, are there fewer transitional cuts out there than OECs?
