Hi everyone,
I found a diamond that I am very close to purchasing (from Blue Nile), but I wanted to to my due diligence before signing the dotted line (Roughly $4600). I'd love your help/opinions/assistance/guidance!
Here are the quick specs:
Carat: 0.9
Cut: Ideal (GIA report shows Excellent...not sure what the difference is?)
Clarity:VS2 (Spoke with Blue Nile, and there areno inclusions on the table)
Color: G
Polish/Symmetry: Excellent/Excellent
Fluorescence: Strong Blue (spoke with Blue Nile, there is no haziness/cloudiness)
6.13 - 6.17 x 3.86 mm
6.13 - 6.17 x 3.86 mm
GIA Report:

When looking at diamonds/specs, I feel as though there are SO many characteristics to look at (i.e. polish, symmetry, fluorescence, angles, percentages, characteristics, etc.....) , and no matter how good some specs look, there are always people/competitors who find some other specification to focus on why not to go with that particular diamond. I by no means am looking for a perfect diamond, but I am wanting something close to a carat, that gives the best color return/clarity/brilliance for my $$$.
Any opinions/suggestions/advice are welcome!
Thanks everyone!
