I did contact JA, they did express their apologies. In a respectful manner, I told them that I've lost trust in their services. I mentioned that I am currently attempting to contact other jewelry designers (DSK, and Joe Escobar) which neither has yet to respond to my email in hopes that I can receive a quote. JA did mention that they will wait for my decision, and if I do decide to send the ring back to them once again, they will expedite the process.

The quickest would be to give them one more shot and hope they fix it right this time. David Klass was quoting a 35 day turn around last week.
