I thought It looked pretty good, but I want to consult the experts to see if there is something else I should be looking for. The price was around $7500.

Thanks.

Can you get an idealscope image?

You didn't say how big the stone was so we cant tell really tell you if its priced right or not.

D'oh. It is 1.02 ct and is certified by GIA.

I didn't ask for an idealscope image - at the time I was unaware of them.

GIA rounds then averages then badly rounds the numbers, this is a stone the GIA numbers are very problematic for evaluating a diamond.
That said at the worst within the gia rounding there is likely to no eye visible leakage(IS could show some) assuming that optical symmetry is at least very good and it doesn't have a huge range in the pavilion angles.
In other words there is a good chance it is just fine but the gia numbers will not tell for sure.

Thanks for the replies. If an idealscope or ASET image isn't available, is there a next-best alternative?

Looking at it in as many lighting conditions as possible and or buying a scope for yourself.

If you haven't bought it yet there are some alternatives online with more information.
Some lower in cost.
