Hi Petula,

Blue nile is a very reputable company,
but they charge a slight premium for their
diamonds.

In my more frank opinion, Blue Nile is just too expensive. I have talked with a few of their reps on the phone and I did find them polite and courteous. Plus, they do have one of the best return policies. (30 days). So if the return policy is the most important thing, Blue Nile is the way to go.

However, I am positive you'd find a better price at another company. I bought through Diamond Brokers of Florida and found them to have some of the best prices. There are about 3 or 4 other companies that come highly recommended and have competitive prices as well.

Hope this helps.
