Looking for a round lab diamond with GCAL X8 certification for an engagement ring in a classic 6-prong tiffany setting.

- Cut: This is what I researched that provides the best cut for the most sparkle (please correct me if I'm wrong)
- Table 54-57%
- Depth 59-62%
- Crown 32.5-36
- Pavilion 40.5-41.2
- Clarity: VS2 and above (eye clean)
- Colour: H and above
- Carat ~1.5

So far I found this one:

That's a beautiful stone, but it's not a GCAL 8x. How about this one?

You can change the number of prongs to 6 prongs.

Hi, Peoplekind!
What is your budget cap for just the loose diamond?

Ritani is starting to carry more GCal 8X and will be cheaper than Adiamor. They don’t have pics/videos so you’d have to pull it up on the GCAL site

An example https://www.ritani.com/collections/round-cut-lab-grown-diamonds?q=carat%3E=1.5&color=D%7CE%7CF%7CG%7CH&clarity=IF%7CVVS1%7CVVS2%7CVS1%7CVS2&certificate_lab=GCAL&sort=price%7C1

I have noticed that in the past couple of weeks. The only drawback is that most of them are CVD with some degree of internal graining.
Whether or not this is acceptable is going to be subjective.
GCAL 8X in D-E color HPHT can be more easily found at Adiamor and Frank Darling, but even those are seemingly scarce right now.

$4000 USD. Its hard to find a GCAL 8X on Adiamor right now. Appreciate it.

There are lots of choices in your budget. You can even go as big as 2ct.

I found a few HPHT GCAL 8X.

If you're still here, let me know and I'll post them... otherwise feel free to ping me on Reddit.

Hi Kim,

Appreciate your help. My budget is big but the diamond is too big. Ideally would like to stay in the 1.5-1.6 carat range.

Feel free to PM me. Anything you post seems to get sold instantly!

There's no PM function on the forum. What do you think of these?

Essentially you need to be willing to put stuff on hold as soon as it gets posted @Peoplekind

These aren't 8Xcal unfortunately. Which one of these would you pick?

The 1.60 E definitely was GCAL 8x. Did you click on the GCAL link?

I like the 1.55 D the best of the three you posted.
