Hey all,
I'm in the market for an engagment ring :)
i'm looking for diamonds that have G.I.A reports, 0.45-0.49 ct, d/e/f color.

I got two offers. both of them are 1300 usd (im located in Israel).

I'm attaching the GIA reports, and would appreciate any help.

Shai

I am by no means an expert but it sounds like the 2nd one (ending with 54) is better. i'm eager to see what more knowledgeable folks will say

I couldn't recommend either. Stone #1 has a good cut and in order to optimize for the sparkliest, brightest diamond you should stick with an excellent or ideal cut. It has a large table as well. Stone #2 has too deep of a pavilion angle.

Here's some parameters that will be more complimentary.

Table: 55-57% could go up to 58%
Depth: 60-62%
Crown angle: 34-35 degrees
Pavilion angle: 40.6-41 degrees
