opinion on this one

First of all, I really appreciate this forum and what an amazing amount on information I have learnt.
I still feel like a beginner but I am seriously thinking of this stone but wanted some opinions first.

It is only 0.5 carat but I rather go for quality then size and in Sweden where my girlfriend lives it is more appropriate.
I am debating with my self to go for the best stone i can find or Tiffany but the price will be double then.

and finally, thank you all, this site has been awesome, i learned al lot about 4C, Cut Grade, Hearts, you name it ... and all I wanted was just an diamond ... such a fool I was

That looks like a great stone, they haven't loaded the photo of the diamond yet but the images look excellent.
