Opinion on David Yurman patented cushion cut

Hey all,


I wanted to see what was your all opinion on the David Yurman patented cushion cut diamond. I believe it's called DY capri or something like that. It's supposed to add more brilliance (like all these patstented cuts do). I know there's a premium to these patented cuts and for the Yurman name. But lady does love the brand. I'm interested in what others think as well..........the guy mentioned something about an ideal cut cushion, they were at a premium cost over the standard cushion for sure when I was glancing at the inventory list and there didn't seem to be too many of them comparatively.

Looks similar to a hearts and arrows cut cushion.

Like others said, looks like a round cut but in cushion shape. Much like the BN Signature cushions. I'm not a huge fan but to each his/her own and I hope you find what you like.
