Hello! I was hoping to get your opinions on this stone.. My boyfriend picked it out, so I love it, but the only thing bothering me is the symmetry. Of course I won't be looking at it this up close, but do you think it will be visible to the naked eye? Is this a "good" asscher? Is that good spread for the carat size? I'm still waiting to receive the aset

Oh, just a thought....some people prefer a very high colored stone, while many can't detect the slight differences until around H or lower. The same with clarity, although I agree that step cuts require a higher clarity grade then a brilliant cut, a VS2 or higher is generally enough to ensure that the stone is eye clean. By dropping both color and clarity a bit, you would be able to increase the ct weight of the stone, which in my opinion will be much more visually noticeable. Food for thought. :))

Not to get to personal, but do you mind if I ask you the price (rough estimate) of that kind of stone.
I just started to look for an asscher cut diamond and would like to know. Did you buy it online or locally?
Thanks
