I have been looking either for an oval or a pear stone.

I walked into a store and asked by chance if they had a pear hiding somewhere.

Well they did....and I really like it but!!!!!

HRD cert
3.57ct
12.96 x 8.32 x 5.43
H SI2
girdle - thick
crown height 16%
pavillions depth 43.5%

still trying to work out the depth.

The stone is gorgeous......really not that fabulous under a 10x loupe. There are no black spots just pinpoints and feathers. I can''t see anything to the naked eye.

They offered my an upgrade policy and will help me sell my old diamond.

They are trying to work out a price for me. What do you think I should pay please?

I can''t help think I could do better with this one online....but I can''t see it personally

pear
GIA
3.53ct
g
SI2
13.71 x 8.37 x 5.35
depth 63.9
table 57%
girdle - tn-vtk
sym/pol - gd
mb fluoro
27,929

plus I would be hit with the exchange rate differential and FEDEX charges

what do you all think......

Thanks

Very difficult to compare one in the store and one online.

I just got a call back with the depth 65% which puts it at a 2b cut class. The vendor has no sarin no idealscope none of the fancy tools that the online vendors have.

It was a nice stone though....best price USD 28,330.......
