With all of the talk about how sales are down, negative economy, blah, blah, blah, I thought it was nice to see in this mornings email edition of Rapaport Diamond News that online research company comScore reported that traffic to jewelry and luxury goods sites grew 4.6% compared to a year ago, to almost 4.1 million unique visitors in December. They said that is an increase of 26% over the previous month! Sales figures were not provided, but I thought it was a little ray of sunshine amidst all the dark clouds being thrust upon us by the media.

Now all Wink and I have to do is figure out how to do is steer all of that wonderful UK traffic to the new web site! Hey Andrey, how does Price Scope rank in Google.UK? Yea, buddy! Let''s educate the world!

online buying is up period as people shop for the best price.
Local stores are hurting.
Some people I know are even buying TP online.

Do you mean where does Pricescope rank when you do a Google UK search for it Todd, such as how far down the list page?

Stormrdr had the idea, coffee hasn''t kicked in this morning, don''t know why I didn''t think about it. What I was wondering was where does Price Scope rank on the U.K. Google for search terms people use to search for diamonds, they rank really high for everything here in the U.S. search engines. Using Strmrdr''s concept which was a search for "diamond forums" and expanding it to something like "ideal cut diamonds" we can see that Price Scope is appearing within the first page of results! As are we which I''m happy about.
