I didn''t do the HCA but assuming they''re both eye clean, I''d go with the 1.55. It''s ever so slightly larger in diameter.

Ask WF which they recommend.

Cectra - Thank u! she said the 1.564 is eye clean from 3-5 inches and 8-10 inches
the 1.55 is clean from 8-10inches, but can be see from 3-5 inches.

Queenmum - thank u also! that one i looked, and WF said inclusion is right in the center and can be seen.
