One final run before I buy the stone

Alright, my final search for a stone has come down to the following 3. I hope experts on this board can give me some helpful comments on chosing the stone of my life. Please note that stone #2 has Med Flourescense. How would medium Flour affect the F-color stone? Also the price per carat for the stone #1 is way too low when compared to other stones. Is this because #1 is below the 1.5carat threshold? Finally, how would you rate the stones?

#1 Dec 2003
#2 April 2004
#3 Oct 2004

Does the older certificate date for stone #1 mean that there is something wrong with it, or no one wants to take a chance on it?

What shape are these stones?
Are they from the same vendor?
If they are you can call them and have them pull them out and talk to you about them while they compare them.
