My only pink piece. From an antique shop in Vienna. The piece is probably genuine Art Deco, the „ruby“ however is, as it turned out, not real.

I have this pink sapphire/rose gold band from Blue Nile in memory of my puppers who passed away at 17.5 this spring (she was a September baby). And I have these tiny pink Light Box studs on my wish list - getting them for myself this summer I hope!

Thank you so much! My husband bought me a pink tourmaline and diamond ring for our first anniversary. That's the piece that started my collection. I've inherited and been given pieces as gifts as well. They seem to find me. Lol

To be honest @Daisys and Diamonds I'm not sure how to set her. Perhaps in a band of sorts with different shapes and colours? It won't be any more argyle stones though as their prices are high.

I think that's a beautiful color! What type of gem is it?
I understand though when a colored stone doesn't go with our own unique coloring. I love fancy yellow diamonds, but they don't love me back
so I just admire them on other people.

It is a spinel! I was looking for a padparadsha like color without the price of a sapphire.

Sure! I plan to do that soon. I will probably let the stone go for a very good price, because I won't reuse it- it doesn't like my skin tone. I am probably going to send it out to get the center removed in the next two weeks.

Here you go! Please excuse my lopsided neck. The pic was taken at 11:30 last night, right after I had gotten out of the pool. I took great care to crop out my bathing suit. Trust me, no one wants to see that. Lol
