Yup its ours!!! It was at the top of what we wanted to pay, but it was still a good deal. In the end we talked him down from his asking price by $42,000. It was an expensive house, but we plan on being there for years to come

. It is in quite a prestigious community about 20mins outside of downtown (when traffic is really bad about 1/2 hour). It is a trendy resort style community, so its really nice for all seasons especially winter and summer, and it fits the lifestyle we want - plus it is a great place to raise our children. I can''t wait to move in! We set our possession date for July 1st - Canada day!!! which gives us time to shop around for furniture etc...
