OMC Help PLEASE!! My poor BF wants to propose and I am FAILING at finding an OMC!!

My poor, sweet boyfriend is PAST ready to propose, but the one ring I fell in love with was sold the day after I sent it to him:cry2: Please help me find an OMC or even a poorly symmetrical, wonky OEC will do!! Eye clean, warmer tones welcome, but not in the yellow/fancy range. 1.5-2.5ct, open to a loose stone, but my DREAM would be to find a ring with filigree detail or scroll work, bonus points if there is engraving from the original owners! Would like to stay under 10K if at all possible. These are some styles/stone looks I love, just to help with ideas/suggestions! TIA for your help!! I LOVE CJsako, Ivy and Rose etc, just haven’t found the right ring/stone before it gets sold!
