old diamond = new love

after receiving my new diamond for my anniversary, I felt like my old diamond was getting no love so I had it set in this pendant. LOVE it and I don't feel so bad about it sitting in a safe somewhere and not being loved. when we bought it 26 years ago there was no GIA report, just the sales slip that said it was 1.28 I color. now --what to do about that saggy old chin area!!!
