Old Cut Diamond Suite

So, since I have some time on my hands, I thought I would share my old cut diamond suite that I have been collecting for some time.
First up, and latest addition. Possibly my favorite. Old miner cut diamond earrings, 1.92 ctw. Set in four-prong martini platinum earrings. One is G VS and the other is H VS. I have named them Grace and Hope. I like to think I’m carrying around Grace and Hope everyday.

Next up: my diamond pendant made from one Old European diamond K VS and a transitional cut diamond, also KVS. Was going to make the earrings, then actually bought a ring setting and put them in. Scratched that idea and made it a pendant.

I believe a suite wouldn’t be complete without a third piece (someone can correct me if I’m wrong-still learning!) but I will share my two old cut diamond rings that I interchange out. I have shared them before but I adore them and wear one them on my right hand, everyday. Up first: a sapphire and diamond setting with an1.17 J SI2 Old Euro diamond. It’s a wonky cut but throws remarkable rainbow colors.

And my Piece de Resistance. A 2.24 ct. O-P VVS2, Circular Brilliant, in an antique setting. My beloved Betty

Thanks @cushioncutnut! I LOVE the sapphire/diamond ring in your avatar. I love the diamond/sapphire combo too. I have just a solitaire sapphire and it just doesn’t speak to me by itself. I definitely prefer them together. I plan to make the solitaire sapphire into a pendant, surrounded by diamonds someday. I think they just go better together!
