I adore Elizabeth Taylor and she had an amazing collection.

When I read this article, the opening paragraph resonated and could have been written about my husband and I. He often catches me "playing" with my gems!!!

And I just LOVE how she basically told the insurance companies to go hell; these were her jewels and she was going to wear them and play with them whenever she wanted. She didn't want them sitting in a safe.

Oh my goodness, I've just seen the price! I bought this book at the end of 2008 for £18 (about $30)!
