It''s a five stone RHR (which should could double as a wedding band if she gets pregnant and her ring size increases). The diamonds are D-E, VS1-SI1 about 0.33 carats each. The sapphires are about 0.5 carat each. But every stone is roughly 4.5 mm in diameter. This ring size is 6.5
