I love it without the milgrain -- but I also like sharp and clean lines in my jewelry. I think the milgrain adds a more vintage-y touch to it though, a bit more feminine look, if that's what you're going after? Let us know which one you choose!

Just depends on what you like! I like milgrain and mine has it, but I also have some antique style rings.

For antique stones I prefer milgrain, but for modern stones I like a clean, sleek bezel.
