We are getting the ever so lightest dusting of snow today.

Here's a pic from the front. I'm working on my resizing skills today, so hopefully this works! The pics are really crystal clear on my computer, but not so much here.

Oh well. I'll be adding some pine garland around the front soon, so hopefully I'll be posting some holiday photos too!

Awww, thank you, Linda! We just moved in over the summer. The yard is what sold us! We're both grateful to live here; each of us never thought we'd live in a house like this or be able to have such a yard. My doggies love it too!!!

The snow didn't stick; I am here in the SW so we don't get snow too often but one of my first threads was about a nutty amount of snow we got one year. heehe Your house looks beautiful!!!!! I love the backyard view; looks so relaxing, ahhh.

Okay I''ve been so jealous of this thread, but I kept telling myself that in two weeks I''ll be in Maine and have TONS of snowy pics to contribute...

BUT GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!!

A cold front moved in over Houston last night and as I speak it is

SNOWING!!!!!

It''s not enough to stick, but for a few minutes there were big beautiful flakes! Now it''s starting to fade out a little bit but it''s still coming down!
This has TOTALLY made my day. I am just SO HAPPY!!!!

I don''t know where my digital camera is and my cell phone pics are coming out crappy. Let''s hope that DH calls me back to let me know where it is before the snow stops completely.

I''m so excited though! I love snow!!!!!!!

Mhm.. I was in North Houston earlier and it was snowing a tiny bit, and now that I''m back at home (in the Galleria area), I''m still seeing snow flurries

Thanks! It is fun having snow but I for sure hope the roads are clear tomorrow! Is there lots of snow where you are MP? The roads are slushy but I saw some cars skid a little. So who knows?

Coats, you need to visit some snow! hehe

It''s kinda funny - where I work in ABQ it was fine, just wet. It was melting right away. But up north where I live, it''s sticking and it''s icy! Lots of slush and weirdness. NM is so funny when it comes to the weather. I''m hoping to be delayed to work tomorrow morning so I can take some snow pictures, it was dark by the time I made it home.

WOOOHOOOOOOOOOO! That means meeeeeeee!
I''ll call my workplace too to be sure but the SNOW number does say we are on a delay until 10am. YAYYYY!

I tried to go out and take some pictures but it''s a touch breezy and tiny flakes are still falling, so the whole time I kept going, "EEP MY LENS!!!" and then I''d run back inside. Needless to say I didn''t get anything good lol. But I got a couple really funny shots with my new flash of the flakes!
