Oh My! Asscher Necklace

I went to my jewelers on Sunday to pick up our wedding bands (I''ll post them later) and work on a design for the new e-ring reset....
so he showed me a piece that he is working on that is a tennis necklace. Each individual diamond set with hinges to perfectly lay across the collarbone...........

THEN he brought out the stones!!!

60 perfectly icy white asschers!!! All .50 - .51 YES SIXTY OF THEM! They were all lined up and gorgeous!

I didn''t have a camera to take pictures (SORRY!).... but I will show the finished product when its posted online!

I envy the woman getting that! WOW! Just had to share.

Well, actually, it sounds a bit too much. I guess I''m more for understatement. (It would be nice to have the option though to have glitz like that or a simple asscher pendant!

Apropos asschers, I was in a cartier boutique last weekend, I ended up trying a 7.29ct DVSS1 asscher ring..
