OEC question

When looking over GOGs AVRs it seems like the smaller the table the deeper the stone and the larger the table the shallower the stone. Would this be a correct observation? I was shown an OEC with a 44% table but a shallower depth at 62.5. Will this combo affect performance in some way? Do the specs matter for OECs or really just how they look in person?

How they look is very important to old cut appearance. One can measure the specs on any diamond and then when the stone happens to be cut with a look you like, you will find others cut with the similar specs likely will look good to you, too. So the specs do not dictate your taste in appearance, but can help you select ones you may find most appealing once you have the specs from one you really liked as a further shopping tool.
