A question primarly addressed to Cut Nut:

Without any devices, computers or experts - how many lay-people do you think can actually discriminate between a stone with a score < 2 from 2-4.

Put in other words, what are the discirimantory powers of the naked eye of the average person in distinguishing varying grades of cut/brilliance/scintillation/fire?

Although, my desire is to find a stone with a perfect cut (for my own peace of mind) - I am not sure how many people out there could tell the difference or even care.

Everyone with reasonable eyesight could tell difference between 1.0 and 4.0.
Maybe 2.5 and 4.0 might be 80:20?

I just showed a 2.2 and 1 and the client could easily see the difference.
