I see all the beauties flying around on this thread and I have decided I really want a colored gemstone ring and I''ve been looking at ebay settings. That said, who is a good NYC jeweler for setting stones into ebay settings? I know Mark at ERD and Good Old Gold are recommended area jewelers, but I doubt that they would want to bother with a stone and setting that I didn''t purchase from them. (Although I really want to take a look at GOG''s inventory in person someday.)
