Now what?

I did a search I couldn't find anything.
I recently purchased an ERING.
I verified the inscription matched GIA cert and what I ordered.
An appraisal was included with the ERING.

What if anything is needed to be done now?
It would be nice if there was a sticky or something in the knowledge section on the whole process of buying an Ering. Step by Step guide.

Is there a need to have it re appraised?

looking into insurance now don't know what the best option is.
I have the proposal planned already.

Is the appraisal value that came with the stone close to what you paid? If the value is inflated too much, it will cause you to overpay in insurance premiums. There is no need for another appraisal if the value is acceptable. If it isn't, I might contact your vendor to tell them you'd like the appraisal to state what you paid and see if they will redo it for you. If you bought the diamond retail, it can be replaced for what you paid for it.

I purchased it from JA. I think the appraisal is good it is more than i paid but not over inflated.
